“Martha is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the floor could’ve been mopped and washed. When I went in the shower my feet had dirt from the floor on them. Otherwise a great visit.”

“设备老旧，跟前台说了也没人修理。门锁扣坏的，浴缸不给塞子，酒店不打招呼，不给打扫。前台态度差。比Expedia预定，多住了1天，没给发票。后来通过Wxpedia联系补要发票。 打了3次电话，通话时间合计大约50多分钟，居然没解决。酒店居然不承认我多住的1天。 顺便吐槽下Expedia这帮售后接线员，为何不能理解我的意思？为何这么点小事情，打了3通电话，每次的记录内容五花八门。你们的汉语要努力学习啊。”

“My stay was good. Everything went well. Staff was friendly and room was clean. My only gripe would be the open space on my room where it looked like there used to be a couch or a chair there. That open space takes away from the ambiance of the room. O would suggest bringing the furniture back. ”
