“Very clean. Tasteful interior deco. Building made of high quality structure. There’s direct access to the beach. A suitable place to organize family gatherings and have BBQ. There’s an outdoor grill stove. Ample space to walk about in the backyard. a gazebo with a hammock to chill. Backyard porch with chairs and stools. There’s also outdoor bar table to sit and relax.
There are probably 3 rooms downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs. An open balcony facing the sea with a fantastic view of Cenering……

“The cleanliness is bad. Floor on the corridor is not sweep. The grass is unkept. Infront of the gate, there is a small dump site. Pipe is leaking. Not worth for money”
