This two bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more! Remodeled throughout, with a new split system AC just added, this unit is now a prime destination for an absolutely blissful vacation! (No additional A/C blower in guest bedroom)

Located on the fourth floor of a four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

This lovely condo has everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway!!

Awesome condo, views, and location!
This condo was even better than the pictures! The view from the lanai is spectacular as it overlooks the tidepools, can watch the surfers, it’s great for watching the beautiful sunsets, and of course for eating and relaxing on as well. The building was quiet and peaceful. Condo was very clean and well stocked as other reviewers have mentioned – big thank you to Holly as this made our stay very enjoyable. The ice maker in the freezer was an unexpected surprise and really appreciated! This was our first VRBO experience and it went great as Holly was very communicative and had everything clearly laid out which made for easy for check-in/out and parking. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Lovely condo with spectacular views
My family and I loved staying at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking diverse meals, the beach supplies got much use, and the location right on the ocean was excellent. Convenient and ample parking in a garage below the condos was a nice surprise as well!

Best place to stay in Kona!!! Gorgeous view with such pretty home! Loved every minute of it!
I can't say enough good things about this place! It has everything you need, from snorkeling gear to sunblock. I've stayed at many places and this is by far the best. I was amazed by how well-stocked everything was. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, and the kitchen/Bathrooms had everything we needed. Even the soap bar was thoughtfully provided, along with plenty of essentials.The location is incredibly convenient and offers a stunning ocean view. The sound of the waves greets you as soon as you walk in. it’s so relaxing. My family enjoyed every moment, and it was hard to leave. We’re already planning to book this place again the next time we visit Kona.

Living on the edge of the sea
Among the three ocean front rentals in 3 islands, this is a truely living on the edge of the sea experience. Reno is complete yet comfortable. Supply is plenty. This is our first vacation at Hawaii, so we spent majority of the time outdoors, hence, not had opportunity to use what this resort has to offer. In the future, we definitely want to stay in the place longer and enjoy it more. Love the stay!

Breathtaking Ocean Front Experience - Highly Recommended!
Our host, Holly, was very accommodating and our 11-night stay was just fabulous to say the least! We already miss waking up to the sound of ocean front waves and sipping our morning Kona coffee out on the balcony while gazing into the rising sun over the horizon. Overall, the condo was stocked well with everything you need while traveling, and the kitchen was fantastic for our extended vacation there, plus it was so convenient to have access to a dedicated washer and dryer. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable, the AC unit worked beautifully, we loved how peaceful this condo complex felt, and it was great to see they were actively working to improve the grounds around the property. Highly recommended! We look forward to our future visit!

Best place!
This condo was absolutely amazing. You can’t beat the location and the view from the lanai! Seriously worth every penny. It’s about a 10 minute walk to downtown but we ended up driving most days because it was too hot to want to walk. Holly was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. Was so nice! Would easily recommend staying here!

Great unit with an unmatched view!
This is a GREAT place to stay in the Kona area! The check-in process was extremely easy. The unit was well-stocked with plenty of towels, kitchenware, and anything you could need. The A/C in the living room works very well throughout the unit. There is some very minor rust on some of the metal (e.g. towel racks) but that's part of the territory when the lanai is literally a few feet from the ocean. You can hear the waves while you sleep. It really is an incredible view and you'd be hard-pressed to find another unit as nice in the area. We highly recommend it!

Great condo
We enjoyed our stay very much. The lanai alone was well worth the price. However, we would advise that it is best suited to a family with kids rather than two couples. The front bedroom can be hot since AC doesn't reach it well. However, it is a great place to stay!

Oceanfront perfection in Kailua-Kona!
Amazing condo right on the water! Waking up to surfers every morning was a treat. Fully stocked with beach gear - snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, you name it. Great kitchen for home-cooked meals with a view. Perfect location for exploring the Big Island, from Captain Cook to Mauna Kea. Comfortable beds for restful nights after adventurous days. This place has it all - beautiful, convenient, and so well-equipped. We couldn't have asked for a better home base. Already dreaming of our next visit!

Home from beach, yet still at the beach!
The beach view is the winning aspect of this place. We returned from the beach for down time yet still felt like we were at the beach. The place is wonderful. A little smaller than I expected, especially the kids room. Our daughter chose the sofa bed, which also had an ocean view. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler. That was a bonus! Holly was helpful and friendly. Best family vacation in the books.

This lanai made the vacation!
I can't say enough about this beautiful condo. The design makes cohabitating with friends and family very easy. The views! Turtles, fish, surfers, snorklers, canoes and cruise ships, sunsets, always something amazing waiting on this lanai. There are fans in every room and a lovely breeze from the ocean. The condo is well appointed. We wanted for nothing.

Spectacular Ocean Views
Nothing beats being right on the ocean with complete privacy for sunsets and sunrises! What a beautiful view. This space had everything we needed and Holly was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent location and close to downtown and everything. I would lounge on the balcony and watch the surfers, and we were lucky enough to watch the turtles as well!

Perfect location, stunning views.
Great location, just south of town but not too far. Several easy ways to exit Kona and explore the rest of the island. Like most places, it doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the unit is beautiful with a stunning picture postcard view. We chose this unit for the beautiful large lanai with big table. That is where we took all our meals. We did a lot of cooking and the unit is well stocked with everything you could possibly think of. Literally I could not come up with anything I needed that was not there. There are plenty of extras, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and lots of other things. All of the furnishings are high quality. There was a lot of care put into maintaining this unit that I don't often see elsewhere. It came with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and more. That was not expected. Things like silverware were higher quality which was nice because I'm used to finding cheap mismatched furnishings in some of these rentals. When we checked into the unit, the TV was set to play Hawaiian music, the sliding glass doors were open and it was like walking into a dream. This building also has an elevator which I guess some of them don't. So that's a big plus. If we returned to Kona we would happily stay here again.

Beautiful Hale and amazing location!
The home was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed (and more!). We loved sitting on the lanai eating breakfast and watching the surfers catch waves. The weather in Kona was warm, but we never needed the AC, and we slept with the lanai doors open and listened to the waves crash. Location was the perfect distance from downtown. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to big island.
