This legal non-smoking unit is located at Kui'lima East Condo's at Turtle Bay Resort on the famous North Shore of Oahu. Situated next to the 17th hole of the Fazio course, this spacious 820 square foot one bedroom, two full-bath unit has everything you need to relax in style. This stylish location provides a cal-king bed on a custom built frame, a full sleeper-sofa and couch in the living room, porcelain tile throughout, tiled showers, fresh paint, wall-mounted flat screen TV's, AC units in bedroom and living room, granite counter tops, stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, under cabinet lighting, recessed dimmable lighting, custom built night stands, coffee table and end table all topped with matching granite. Floating entertainment system below TV's, wood cabinets, under mount sink, in-unit washer and dryer, designer area rug and bar stools. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a cooler are ready for use. Bath towels, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. For those who cook, the kitchen is stocked with numerous tools including pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, cups, coffee maker and more!

Kui'lima East is a gated private community with 24 hour patrolling security. Turtle Bay Hotel is a five minute walk and offers bars and restaurants. Please note that certain resort items are reserved for hotel guests such as the pool and gym however the beaches are all public and free to use.

The town of Hale'iwa is about 25 minutes away where there are many local restaurants, banks, activities and shopping. Ted's Bakery is five minutes away. Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay is 10-15 minutes away. Kahuku Shrimp trucks are also 10 minutes away.

ALL of the following are within a 15 minute drive from the condo:

FAMOUS BEACHES - Pipeline, Sunset Beach, E'hukai Beach Park, Waimea Bay, Sharks Cove, Three Tables.

GREAT FOOD: Pupukea Grill, Giovanni's shrimp, Ted's Bakery, 7 Brothers, Elephant Truck, Lei Lei's, Haleiwa Joe's, Lui Buenos, Cafe Haleiwa, Kono's, Matsumoto Shaved Ice & Surfer The Bar.

ACTIVITIES: Caged and Uncaged Shark Tours, Waimea Valley, StandUp Paddle Boarding, Skydiving (30 min), Surfing Lessons, Hiking, Tennis, Basketball.

Great location in Turtle Bay
Perfect spot if you want to check out the Turtle Bay resort. Only spent one night here but it was a great location enjoy the area.

Well Equipped
Condo has everything you need. It is a great stay. During our stay it seemed to be a busy place so light sleepers should bring earplugs just for the comings and goings of others. 10 minute walk to a lovely beach.

North Shore best location
This cute, comfy, modern condo was perfect for our stay. We loved having the amenities of a condo ( kitchen, separate bedroom, in house laundry, parking, etc.) The pool was clean, quiet, and warm. Being able to use the Turtle Bay resort beach, trails, restaurants, and beaches was a huge bonus. So beautiful-without the resort price. The hosts were great.

Oahu Birthday Celebration
The condo was very nice and equipped with everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. The condo was close enough to the beach that we could walk. Kap was very responsive when we needed to contact him. The only downside was the condo upstairs was inhabited by smokers who would throw cigarettes over the balcony and they walked like they were wearing cinder block shoes. Other than that, everything was great. I would stay again.

We had a great stay at this condo in Turtle Bay. Kap was an excellent host - great response time, excellent instructions about access to the condo, etc. The place was well furnished— kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Everything worked well. Amazing Property and Host
I would recommend this property to anyone looking to escape busy Honolulu for a few days on their trip. The unit was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen and beach items for your use.
