“Hotel staff is really helpful … love the ambience ”

“The staff were very nice & helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room lighting was soft that made me have a good sleep. The only thing I want to comment is: I saw a small cockroach on the table and once I waned to catch it, it rushed back to the fold-up wooden plate. I was so shocked about that and the tidiness is needed to be concerned.”

“1. 下午三點到旅館要checkin，結果一大堆人都還在等房間，完全沒辦法進入房間休息，大廳裡面一大堆人等了一個多小時還沒有辦法進房間。 2. 櫃台的人員完全沒有幫上忙 3. 房間裡面浴室前的地板第一大塊凹陷 4. 沐浴乳，洗髮精的瓶子壞了，根本壓不出東西”

“這間飯店的雙床房不是真的雙床房，進房以後傻眼詢問櫃檯，櫃台叫我到樓下，於是我拖著重重的行李下去，以為他要幫我換房，殊不知，到了櫃檯，竟然叫我自己搬床。行李很重，床也很重，不能接受被這樣使喚。不尊重客人。”

“Considering the price the quality is good enough ”

“房間較小用品陽春，離機場近，適合轉機旅客，旁邊有McDonald, 不用擔心用餐問題”

“Close enough to Amsterdam Zuid station. Many cool designs like self check-in, iPad for room control, and luggage drawer under bed. Unfortunately the room is quite small for two people.”

“酒店布置非常有特色，员工也很热情，早餐的品质很好，入住时刚好碰上修路，有点不方便出入。”

“早餐食品選擇多而且質素優良，房間整潔以及床也舒適，但面積略細。位置寧靜但距車站步行要大約十分鐘有點遠以及全程露天（未計算要拉行李或下雨天）”

“Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Told the reception about the situation and was told this happened very often and they had no idea on the solution. The other thing was that I sent an email to the hotel, the response was so slow……

Room is a bit dark - one more on top lighting will be better 2. AC in the room causes noise 3. Breakfast is ok but not a little bit behind the nh central near the museum”
