“This was the perfect location for our extended weekend stay. Property is located inside the PGA National and the landscaping and grounds are immaculate and beautiful! The condo was just as described, it was exactly what we were looking for and conveniently located to EVERYTHING. Communication was excellent and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay!”

“We had a little hicup after check in but Kurt the owner responded immediately and helps us solve it. Greg, the property manager was there to some it. Great stay and will recommend them and would love to stay in their properties again.”

“I had a great time staying at this adorable cottage. Anna was so friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The cottage is walking distance to pretty much anything that you would need .. beach, restaurants, state park, etc. The private dock is lovely too. Thank you Anna for a great stay!”

“Clean, Cozy , and Romantic”

“Really awesome house that easily accomdates parties needing 3 or 4 bedrooms. Location was perfect, having access to bikes was a huge win. The place has a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furniture with plenty of places to sit including a large island in the kitchen. The downside was that the outside was not clean or tidy and the default temp was set high so the place would get hot unless you were constantly adjusting the temp. The pool was a lot smaller than anticipated, it’s basically a hot……

“The property was nice and neat. However it was a bit small for me and my son. My son had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed which was terribly uncomfortable with a very poor mattress. However, the apartment would be ideal and good value for a single person or couple. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of great walking along the water front and of restaurants near by. Also the host was very easy to work with and came back to us very quickly on questions or requests.”

“Sandy & John are truely anazing people . From the moment we checked in we knew & got a great vibe from them . Then we checked in & feel in love with the Kozy Kottage as well . Super clean, very spacious, the only problem was checking out, but that's ok because like we mentioned to them "we've be back soon" Not to mention home is stocked with all your daily needs, they go above & beyond at this location & we've stayed at many . ⚓”

“Great place with ample room and a wonderful pool. Location was easy to find and just a short walk or drive for necessities. Easy shot to the beaches and downtown area. Will definitely look to stay here again!!”

“Beautiful stay at this luxury resort. High end facility, wonderful and friendly staff, gorgeous beach. Only drawback was the air conditioning in the bedroom was not effective, therefore the room was very warm at night. Not a deal breaker, we would definitely return. Overall, beautiful unit and resort!”
