“O hotel por fora é um pouco estranho, mas quando você entra ele é novo e bem decorado. O quarto e o atendimento foram excelentes, porém o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. ”

My only minor complaint was that our room was next to the stairs and it was very loud when people would come up/down. However, this didn't really bother our sleep. It is out of town, but it was super easy to get a cab/uber and was walkable in nice weather. But being out of town meant a quiet hotel with an amazing view. ”

The staff and front desk are so welcoming and go above and beyond for the guests. The restaurant had great food and even offered room service for the long days after we hiked. “The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for two nights. The reception staff were really helpful with booking us a tour and taxi to the airport. You can hear some noise in the corridor but it wasn’t as bad as the other reviews suggest and we slept through. Breakfast was also great. ”

The decoration with glass and wood gives a warm and modern feel, yet at the same time, being on a ship. Just a few tips. There is no elevator no refrigerator no means of making some tea or a coffee in the room. Our room was small. But had a beautiful view. Was very centrally located to go on tours or be picked up for tours. Less than 10 minutes from……

“Hacienda Dorotea is the perfect city getaway destination if you want to be a little away from the city (but not too far out from Puerto Natales only 7-8 minutes) and be with nature. In our stay we had a wonderful view of the mountain and the window is like a panoramic painting of the vista outside with the mountain being the backdrop. The room is spectacularly arranged, some even affecting the light and shadows when the lights are off and the amenities are plentiful, from its own restaurant……
