“Sunrise Cottage on Lake Galway was what we hoped for, a very comfortable, stress free, fun place to stay while we visited Saratoga Springs. It was close to the city but still very much in the country. The neighbors surrounding us on Lake Galway were pleasant and friendly, as were the local restauranteurs and merchants. Sunrise cottage is definitely on the return to list”

“We had such a great week at Ava's Lakeside Cottage. The lake was so calm and clean, perfect for swimming, fishing and kayaking. My daughter enjoyed catching multiple salamanders daily also. The house was very cozy and very well kept. We definitely be returning in the future.”

“Robb was awesome with communication from start to finish. The location was great in regards to getting to town and SPAC, which we were there for! WiFi and air conditioning was a life saver! Everything we needed was there!”

“We had a great time. House was perfect—clean, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, comfortable living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Had some great hikes, shopping and dinners in the area. ”

“I had a last minute family emergency and needed a place to stay, quick! This Caroga Lake location was available and it worked out wonderfully. The location was great and the size was perfect. Communication with the host was wonderful. I accidentally locked myself out (whoops 😂) and the issue was resolved within a reasonable time. Would definitely stay here again”

“We were visiting family and the property was perfect. We had a lovely picnic on the back patio. The yard is large with plenty of seating options for our small group. There was a large charcoal grill that had supplies so we were able to make steaks and grill vegetables The home is clean, well appointed, and inviting. We would love to stay there again when we go to visit! The owners are very informative and responsive. We had no needs while on the property. Thank you so much!!!”
