“A basic but functional hotel. Rooms are clean, bathrooms have nice massaging shower fixtures (but low water pressure.) Internet is free but through a wired connection only, there is no WiFi. Beds are Korean style (hard, thin mattress.) Breakfast is included and since I was leaving before the restaurant opened, the hotel gave me a to-go bag for free, which was a nice gesture. “五星級酒店一定有指定的服務質素。 但我今次要特別讚一位大堂經理。名字叫Eric, 當我在最後一天退房時，行李特別多及忙亂時遇到他真是很好。 不但主動行過來幫我推行李，還很親切地幫我安排行李上到預訂的私家車上。 他的服務已經超越了他的工作範圍。 但是很主動及有禮貌協助我。當刻覺得非常感激。 還有我是住在4322房，執房姐姐也很好，很有禮貌，十分親切。我下次到長春一定再來住在長春凱悅酒店。 ”
