“My family of 4, plus my parents and brother spent a weekend at the house and really enjoyed ourselves. The property is enormous and the kids enjoyed playing hide and seek in the many rooms. The kitchen is expansive and there's plenty of room for lots of cooks to all be doing their own projects. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire ring at night. The parking is a little tricky if you have more than a couple vehicles. There's a gravel loop to turn your car around but it's a little steep. If you……

“The apartment was as advertised, had everything we needed and a great location. TV operation was a mystery, but that probably had more to do with us than the TV.”

“Overall well. I wish the unit was a little cleaner. The property is beautiful so a little more TLC would have been good. The downstairs area needed cleaned. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean. The toilet wasn’t clean but I cleaned everything to my liking upon checking in and it made our stay better. We felt safe and enjoyed to fireplace lights.”

“This was the perfect place for our family group. The house has gorgeous original woodwork and stained glass windows. Modern kitchen and bathrooms - very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space on the first floor to relax and chat with family. Easy to park 3 cars right in front of the house We really enjoyed our walks in Frick Park and around the neighborhood ”

“Host was very responsive, which we appreciated very much. The inside was nice and updated. As there are no pictures of the outside of the home- we did not know that there were a lot of stairs to access the house as well as stairs to access all the bedrooms. This may be important to note for accessibility concerns. The pull out couch was also very uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. ”

“This house has EVERYTHING you need and then some! It's in the perfect location for exploring Shadyside. Tom was so incredibly helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be back and would recommend this house to anyone! ”

“We had 4 families converge in Pittsburgh for a birthday reunion. The event was held elsewhere but we wanted to stay together. This house was perfect. The location was just a few blocks from a great playground and a small shopping area (with a target). The bedrooms were large and bathrooms updated.
