“Very good location and the house was as described. The only issue with the location is it is extremely loud at night with street noise and college kids coming back from drinking. With an older house the noise just comes right in. Everyone was kept awake until the small hours Friday and Saturday. The kitchen needs a bit of restocking (e.g., there is only one butter knife). But overall very good. ”

“The property met all expectations. We were super comfortable and the location was convenient. The scenic walk path was an added bonus! We were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated for Christmas with a present beneath the tree. This was a particularly warm and welcome touch as we were spending Christmas away from home. There was a minor plumbing issue but this was addressed as soon as we reported it. I recommend this property and host without hesitation.”
