Booked this for my elderly parents, mother in wheel chair and father with limited mobility, had requested room on ground floor and breakfast in bedroom.
The hotel do not respond back to any requests special requests or to emails following booking.
On arrival, parents requested room on ground floor or lower floors, breakfast in bed room.
The front desk reply was that all guests must come down stairs for breakfast during set times and they have no rooms on ground floor, they are unable to cater for anyone with limited mobility.
My parents accepted the front desk advice, i then contacted Expedia regarding this, they contacted hotel and again could not really help.
The hotel is not designed for guests with mobility problems and sadly they advertise breakfast in bedroom but will be informed it’s not available and it’s hotel policy all guests eat in the main dining area.
Luckily their stay was booked for 7 days and booked another hotel for the remaining 35 days, that catered for disabled customers.
They were on holiday for a family wedding and the other family members too booked the same hotel which was slightly further away but well worth the journey for the quality of rooms, facilities and excellent customer service.
