I had an unsatisfactory experience at the hotel and requested the staff to cancel my second night for a refund. Unfortunately, they declined, and I had to stay for both nights.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Install Intercom Phones: Please provide intercom phones in every room to avoid the inconvenience of walking downstairs from the second floor for assistance.
Ensure Basic Amenities: Toilet paper was missing in my room, and there was no holder for it. The roll was simply placed on top of the toilet tank. Adding a toilet roll hanger is essential.
Fix the AC System: The air conditioning was either too hot or too cold, and the remote control didn’t work. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night for help, and the front desk staff assisted me.
Secure Bed Backboards: The backboard of the bed was not properly attached and moved toward the wall when I leaned against it. It needs to be screwed securely to the bed frame.
Not enough light in Bathroom: It is hard to shave yourself, not enough light in bathroom.
There is no full size mirror in the bedroom
