House is adorable. The purpose of the trip was to visit with our 3-week-old Granddaughter. The hurricane came in and the host wouldn't let us reschedule our stay or refund our money. We couldn't make it down on Thursday so we got charged for a night that we couldn't be there due to the hurricane. Luckily we were able to drive down on Friday. The beds are so hard and lumpy we didn't get very good sleep.

Weekend getaway
Our trip was iffy due to the hurricane that blew thru earlier in the week. Andrew & Melody were great with communicating the situation and had a plan for alternate housing if there had been damage to the property. There was not and we enjoyed it very much. Immaculately clean and as my mom put it, “cute”. Great access to local places and the beach. Would def recommend a stay at 1148 Panuco

Ferry good time
Due to the unfortunate rain every day we couldn’t enjoy the pool or outside activities…we did discover the ferry ride across the the river and enjoyed two good days on Amelia Island (between squalls).

Family Gathering
This place was perfect for our visit to Atlantic Beach to visit family. The pool was awesome and the house so well-appointed. We hosted a seafood dinner for 10, including children, and it was so much fun. Everything we needed and more.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our 3-night stay! Very comfortable beds and three bathrooms, ceiling fans with remote, usb hubs to charge electronics, new kitchen with open floor plan and a pool to cool off left nothing to be desired. Everything was really clean! We would stay here again! So much better than a hotel to relax!

Wedding weekend
The property was very nice! Two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were in town for a wedding so we had a very quick trip. The back had a great space to relax since it was cooler w were not able to use the pool. About 10-15 mins to the Neptune beach are with lots of restaurants and shops! The wedding was in Kathryn Abby Hannah state park. There are lots of activities/ rentals , and public beach in the park. We had a great time and would come back she. We can stay longer.

Gorgeous
I like this house cause it’s was clean and remodeled inside. I love the decor and the backyard is more fun. We enjoy the fire place pool all that. And my kids loved it and my man too. So I would advise people, my family and friends come to this beautiful house.

Great Trip
We rented this place for a fishing trip. There was plenty of parking. I was even able to park the boat in the driveway with 2 other cars. The inside of the house was looked like it should be on HGTV. The house was super clean. I was impressed and so were my friends. The room layout worked great for us. The beds were comfortable, and showers were hot. The back yard has a pool, grill and an awesome fire pit that we took advantage of every night. I will be booking this place again anytime I am visiting Jax.

Family Vacation

Perfect Pool
This home away from home is located in a quiet neighborhood and very short drive to the beach. The home is very clean and loved that there were 3 bathrooms. The pool was the Best part to cool off. The hosts are very nice and want you to have the best stay. Would stay again!

Pool was very nice and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms nice. High tech fixtures with no explanation how they worked. Ceiling fan in bedroom not working. Closet door stuck and would not open. Bedrooms hot-had to use box fans. Ants coming from shower head area in primary bedroom. Patio door broken by lawn personnel while we were there. Could not use patio door to access pool for fear glass would fall out. Had to walk out front door and around house from that point on. Told owner. His reply, send me pic. Never heard another word from him even though he said he lived nearby and was there to help. Neighborhood sketchy.

Beach retreat
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and communication with owners was excellent. We noticed the AC could not cool the house during the high heat of the day - AC set at 72* but actual temp in house was 76*. Fans helped but... I don't know if the exterminator had been there before our stay, but I'd encourage that on outside as well as inside of house. Pool was nice! Thank you!
