All was well until the morning we checked out, the day before I had set up for their shuttle to take us to the airport at 4am. We are in the lobby at 3:55, 4:05 rolls around and no shuttle, my wife ask about it and the man at the desk says he is on the way. He gets there 20 mins late at 4:20 and then says he has another stop to make before taking us to the airport. I say something about him already being late and how we need to be at the airport and he goes crazy. He is mad and says he had a rough night and that he is this close to going off on someone while standing up in my space and then he says if we don't like it then we can find another way to the airport. I about lose it but say nothing as my wife gives me a look to deescalate the situation. I didn't say anything else but his attitude was uncalled for, whatever his issue were before that were of no concern of ours, his job was to be at the hotel at 4 am for our pick up, even if not at 4 am at least close. And if you show up 20 mins late don't go off on your customers for not being trilled about being late. Needless to say we will never be staying there again.
