The oversized designer sofa in the living room converts to a Queen sized sleeper with a memory gel mattress that is the most comfortable sleeper-sofa you've ever tried. There is a 6 piece seating, wicker patio furniture set, with Sunbrella cushions that can resist all types of weather conditions. An 11ft umbrella and a stainless steel Weber BBQ Grill. The city has built sand dunes to protect the shore line. Age Restriction: You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Driver's License may be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement upon check-in will result in an eviction and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Important: The pet cost will be collected after booking is processedPet Friendly Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 4 dogs. There is a fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must be well trained and less than 100 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shower accommodations (Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion) . If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. No Smoking: No smoking is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fee.
