Nestled at the base of the ski resort, this beautiful house includes an expansive 400 sq. ft deck complete with hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, comfy blankets and outdoor heaters, L-couch seating and 12 person seasonal dining. There's also a built-in professional grill on covered portion of the deck for year-round grilling.

Ample, comfortable, and well-designed gathering spaces across three floors, with picture windows and thoughtful amenities throughout. The spacious and well-supplied eat-in kitchen seats 8, with a large island and wood stove. The kitchen overlooks a rustic elegant dining room that seats 10 and is adjacent to the "Great Room" (living room). The sun room off the Great Room has a daybed and private outdoor patio for quiet space.
Guests also love the renovated space on lower ground floor with 75 inch TV for live sports and movie nights, large sectional couch, and game area with indoor shuffle board, foosball table, professional dartboard set up, custom corn hole set and hanging rattan chairs with sheepskins for relaxing. There is a large sauna right off this room. There is a second sun room off the upstairs bunk room with beanbags for kid-friendly 'hide away'. The master on-suite bedroom has private outdoor patio and TV. The upstairs bunk room has a TV as well.

*The house is ski in/out but is snow condition-dependent. For skiing in, the path to the house is marked and between tower 2 & 3 on the Union Pass quad or UP Connection and should always be possible. For skiing out, we ski down Curtis road if conditions allow (road is plowed but not sanded). Skiing out is highly dependent on weather and snow so toward the end of season it is more unlikely to be “ski out”. Primarily, we rent a car and drop off and pick up at the base which is less than 2 minutes away, or walk the 400 yds between the house and trail next to The Tram Tower Condos (across from Curtis Drive).
