This property is centrally located in a very walkable area between the Blue Mosque and the Sophia Mosque. They have a fantastic restaurant attached. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A shout out to the Consignor and to Kadir who were both amazing to us during our stay.

Seven Hills was excellent. The location was perfect. From the roof restaurant you could see the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia close up. The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The tours they arranged for us were excellent and reasonably priced. We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Istanbul.

Incredibly small room, bed and shower was not great. Location is excellent and worth the long drive from airport. That said, the service for reserved shuttle from airport was not great and fairly pricey. Shuttle back to airport was pricey, but the driver and service was much better. Rooftop staff were amazing as they supported me through my fear of birds and managed to capture a memorable video feeding the bird with the blue mosque in background. This is why I gave 4 stars.

We were ther multiple days with an overnight excursion in between and they were all so helpful! They stored our luggage, changed rooms seamlessly for us when we had a minor issue and brought us fresh coffee every morning- which was fantastic. Concierge was helpful and not pushy and offered tips and directions as well as the adjoining businesses. We were welcomed daily as family by all and we truly miss them! The best!!

The hotel is located in a great section of town, near many of the "must see" attractions. The staff is extremely helpful--especially Fatima (front desk/reception) who is a gem! This is a great place to stay in Istanbul.

Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage um viele Besichtigungen zu Fuß zu machen und der direkte Blick auf die blaue Moschee und die Hagia Sofia sind wirklich toll. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Mitarbeiter egal ob am Hoteleingang, an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das typische türkische Frühstück ist hervorragend.

Location and rooftop terrace view are the biggest selling points for this hotel. Their Turkish breakfast is incredible (but pricey), and their dinner menu is very pricey, but the views from the terrace cannot be beat and guests get full access for great photos of both Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Though we had some problems with our first room, the hotel facilitated a move that made us very happy and comfortable. Hotel staff put in a lot of extra care and service touches that really elevated the experience of staying here. I will say that the Wifi was spotty throughout our stay, including after we informed the hotel and they took measures to fix the issue - likely not their fault but rather an issue with the provider, but do beware if staying here while traveling for business or meetings. If you are a light sleeper, note that you are pinned between two mosques and the call to prayer is definitely audible (I liked this, my companion less so).

My wife and I travelled from Michigan, USA and visited Istanbul and stayed at Seven Hills Hotel. From the beginning, it has been a wonderful experience with the hotel staff. They arranged Airport Transfer back and forth for a great fee and everything was perfect and on-time. Murat was our manager and he and his team were waiting for us and received us when we arrived at the hotel late at night (almost 1 am). We had the best checkin experience with Murat and Sina and they were so helpful. The checkin was a breeze and our room was on the third floor and it was exactly what we were looking for. Also, they offered us Turkish Apple Tea (yummy!) and we loved their hospitality. At that late hour, they took us to the terrace and we were able to get the most beautiful and spectacular view of the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia and the Bosphour. Murrat and Sina made us comfortable in a new city we never had been and they also arranged for a guide to take us to all the tourist spots next morning. Our guide Ece Duluk (AJ) was awesome, her English was perfect and she has indepth knowledge of the sites and their history and we had the best guided tour ever. Kadir, Ismail and Fatma were so wonderful and the checkout was quick. We plan to visit them again in Fall 2026 and stay at the same hotel and use Ece as our guide again. The best location, best food, best people and we strongly recommend to everyone staying in the hotel. Five Stars!!!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Seven Hills Hotel Special Class. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Sultanahmet, making it incredibly convenient to explore Istanbul’s top attractions like the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, all within walking distance. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always attentive, creating a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant experience at Seven Hills Restaurant. The view is absolutely breathtaking—overlooking the city’s iconic landmarks and the sea—making every meal feel special. The food was delicious, with authentic Turkish flavors, and the atmosphere was truly unforgettable. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of excellent location, outstanding service, and an incredible dining experience with a view. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a memorable stay. And Fatima was great and very helpful and friendly!

We had a lovely stay at the Seven Hills hotel. The location is ideal, a very short walk to main tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. We were warmly welcomed by Ozan on our day of arrival he was so good and helpful telling us about the hotel and where all the attractions are. We were escorted to our room by Yahya who also is so lovely, he showed us our room and shows how everything works in the room. The room was comfortable and excellently maintained. Also, the view from the rooftop is spectacular you can see both of the mosque and the sea. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and friendly I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone to visit. Special thanks to all Ozan, Fatima, Kadir and Yahya for their first class friendly service. Thank you so much for making our holiday special.
