Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was filthy with dirty towels and black molds alongside the windowsill. The sea view isn’t that nice either, and the staff are not friendly.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that my needs are met. Secondly, the room is very clean and comfortable with good sea view. Facilities are excellent, particularly the sauna and hammam room, which allow me to stay fit and relax both physically and mentally. The breakfast options at the hotel are varied and of high quality. Lastly, the hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants and bazaar nearby. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience staying at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is in a great area and walking distance from all the tourist attractions. Around the hotels they’re even have great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. I really loved this hotel but most important the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Whatever we asked they were always there to help us . I would also highly recommend the massages and the hammas bath with Elena and her sister . They were the best I had is Turkey.

Staff helped us with directions to find whatever we needed. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. The surrounding environment around the hotel had many cute cats! Easy to feed and the cats are very cuddly and social.

This trip was my husband's anniversary trip after his retirement, and thanks to the GLK staff, it was an unforgettable and wonderful trip. Mr. Salih saved us from a taxi trouble, and Ms. Melike was quick to respond to various planning requests. Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Sezgin's honest and reliable response gave me a sense of security. Also, on the last day, we ran out of cash and could not pay a tip, so we asked to pay by card, but they refused, which touched me deeply. I cannot thank them enough for all the above. Thank you very much. As for the location of this hotel, it is a safe place, you can enjoy the historical scenery, and it is a wonderful place with easy access to anywhere. I was lucky to find such a good hotel.

Although the hotel is located with local shops and transportation, it looks congested and small. I had a terrible night with no sleep at down stairs kids running around and making noise banging doors at 2 am in the night. Nothing seems be done from hotel staff in spite of reporting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the GLK Premier Mansion Sea & Spa, and while there were some areas for improvement, the exceptional customer service made up for it. The standout stars of my stay were Mr. Saleh and the morning desk clerk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch). They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and prompt responses to my requests made a huge difference. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning sea view. However, I did find the breakfast to be average and repetitive, with the same options available every day. One area for improvement is the lack of elevators, which made it difficult for me to navigate the hotel with my luggage. Additionally, there was no trolley service available from the taxi drop-off point to the hotel entrance. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend the GLK Premier Mansion Sea & Spa for its excellent customer service. Mr. Saleh and the morning desk clerk truly made my stay special, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication. To the management, please keep up the good work and invest in some additional amenities, such as elevators and trolley services. But most importantly, keep recognizing and rewarding your exceptional staff members like Mr. Saleh and the morning desk clerk!
