"I stayed for business, the hotel is in great condition and the place is very clean. The desk gets to be a bit overcrowded at times. My biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not do much (typical Italian Hotel). It was quite warm and my room was too hot. People are very friendly and I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips outside of Summer."

We were using it as easy access hotel for Bergamo airport, so spent very little time there other than to sleep. "The hotel is so conveniently located that we as many others, were able to walk from the airoport to the hotel in a short time. The receptionist was friendly and professional and gave us very good recommendations. We had a nice dinner at their cute restaurant and booked a shuttle for the next day very early flight. The hotel is modern with a very pleasant design, and very clean. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed and windows to a nice courtyard. The bathroom was also very nice....
