This unit is a spacious 1,000 square feet and has been updated with quartz countertops and brand new furniture. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a full/twin bunk bed in the second bedroom and a queen bed pull out couch. It has a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. This place is fully equipped for great stay by the beach. Just bring your clothes, flip flops and relax for a great time in Isle of Palms!

There are only 2 PARKING spots. No more then 2 cars allowed, there are 2 spots assigned but there is not room for additional cars as this is street parking.

Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
