From highway 20 at Elk Creek Station and Bank of Idaho Turn onto Yale Kilgore Road and travel West for 4.8 Miles Turn right onto Yale Creek Road. After .5 miles there will be a fork in the road with Hotel Creek Road on the Left. Turn left onto Hotel Creek Road. DO NOT follow GPS up Yale Creek to Pine Cone in Winter months! That section is not cleared in winter and is impassable. After about a 1/4 mile it will take a right and become Beaver Springs Road. Continue following Beaver Springs Road up the hill until you see Pine Cone Road on the right. Turn right onto Pine Cone Road and follow it to Knotty Pines Cabin, the last cabin on the right: 3528 Pine Cone Drive. In winter we advise bringing an AWD or 4WD vehicle as the road to the cabin is snow covered and can be challenging if a storm comes in during your stay.
