“This is a beautiful property. I loved the pools, the chairs by the ocean, large room, friendly staff especially the lady at the pool towel hut. Wish I would have caught her name so I could call her out because she was an encourager. She found something positive to say about everyone. Now for the not so good. We had to have an access code for the tv, I called front desk soon after check in and asked for the code, she told me she would have to send maintenance to our room. Maintenance never came……

“We booked here because of the full kitchen plus living areas; the kitchen was pretty sparse regarding cookware/appliances, but the front desk bent over backwards to get us the missing items we requested. One of the selling points was access to their resort property, just up the street. However, that property was almost deserted due to a lot of construction work. The resort pool was closed (the Bayside Villas pool was open). Overall this was a pleasant stay for us.”

“Well, the waitresses at the buffet in the morning offer outstanding service and they all are very friendly. Especially Judith took nice care of us. The receptionists very friendly too. But they tried to charge us for breakfast at checking out although I sent them - while we checked in - the confirmation by email, that room rate includes breakfast. We did not like that.
