“The property is very neat and clean. There are only 7 rooms. We didn't hear anything from anyone in a neighboring room. The room was as pictured. We did enjoy the breakfast as well. Beach towels are available also. When we arrived, the reception host walked us to our room and did a quick tour. I saw several reviews about the shower pressure. There was no issue with shower pressure. It is coming thru a conch shell - I've never had a shower thru a conch shell and consider it unique and……

“the property is as advertised . we had bad weather and still had a good time, pool and pavillion are great place to spend time. the place is set up to handle a good family crowd , and the conciere was freindly and very helpfull.”

“This was a friendcation/vacation with 7 couples. 5 of the couples had never been to Isla and they were not disappointed! The house was in the perfect location with the most beautiful view! It was close enough to walk downtown or take the carts if we needed. Our housekeeper who came every day was also very sweet and did a great job. We had a wonderful time and everyone loved this trip. Thank you Villa Amistad for helping us make wonderful memories! ”

“We had the best stay at Isla Angela- the home is beautiful and comfortable with a lot of amenities. The check in process was simple and Ezequiel was wonderful. The chef food was delicious- would highly recommend. Ezequiel even stocked up the house for us prior to our arrival which was very convenient! The beds were comfortable and the beach was perfect! The construction next door was only a bother for about 1 hour on Friday evening but we never noticed it otherwise. Would 100% stay here again. ”

“The propery was in a fantastic place. Can easly walk to anthing on the north end. Nice quite location, and the pripery manger is great. Very tesponsive ”

“The pictures were accurate. The listing was accurate. The balcony was wonderful to spend time on. We love the more quiet part of the island. Only 13 minutes to the north side. A potential issue for some but not us as we love dogs: the neighbor dog by the entry door was loud and very hard to get past without incurring some loud barking. We called him Cujo. He is contained just barks loud and comes out of nowhere. There are some sweet dogs next door upstairs that are decently quiet. They……

Two large group rooms with big kitchens: we used one as the bar area and the other as the food area. the pool is beautiful, but not very warm. “We had a wonderful family vacation! The home was perfect for the 13 of us and accommodated all of our needs. The house is clean and well appointed for large groups. Victor and Ginny were very attentive to our needs and if you pay for the chef service, they really do their best to accommodate all of your diet and meal preferences and prepare the tastiest meals! You do need a golf cart or taxi in order to get around as the home is not within walking distance to town. We had such a wonderful time……

“Overall, this place was good! For a cheaper resort, you can’t complain - you’re getting what you pay for. The beach was great- beautiful sand and seaweed cleaned daily. We were able to get cabanas or chairs if we went in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon too. The water park is a blast for the kids, although it is dated it is still very fun. My biggest tip is to bring water shoes because the non slip type cement is hard on the feet. The pools were great too! The food was good. Not……

“This is our second time staying at Nautibeach Condos. I highly recommend this location. The biggest reason is the space within the condo and second the included beach/ chairs. There is a chair attendant and for a few pesos he will kindly set up chair and umbrella for your group. The pool is also fantastic. Bar right at the pool and nice restaurant connected. There is a short walk to Hidalgo Street with amazing restaurants and be sure to stop at the street cart for a delicious Nutella and banana……

“The property had a lot of stairs. Not a good choice is you can’t handle the climb. There was a rooftop sitting area which offered wonderful views of the sea and Cancun. It was very quiet for being less than a block off the Main Street in Isla ”

"While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient. When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another friend finished their meal and tried to order again, the curly-haired male server called the older female server to assist, but she seemed unwilling. When yet another friend tried to order an additional dish, the older female server refused, claiming we could only order twice—a rule we were not informed of beforehand. Despite the poor service, we left a tip. Initially, I liked this hotel, but this experience ensures I won’t return. I hope future guests won’t face such unpleasant treatment and will be served with respect and warmth. "
