“When we arrived, our access codes did not work and the garage door was still broken. We also did not know there are 32 flights of stairs to go up to the entrance into Condo…no elevator… this was not indicated in the description of property. The only TV that worked was the one in living room. The “Clean Lint” light on the dryer stays on even when the lint filter is clean, which is concerning. The condo was clean except for dust on the ceiling fans and some cobwebs in the very high ceilings. It……

“The property was clean and welcoming when we entered the property. Great location with easy drive to the ski lifts and area amenities. Great view of the sunrise over Brian Head peak. Great communication with host for any questions or anything needed. ”

“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”
