We loved the outdoor space and wish we'd had more time to just hang out. Bring a corkscrew (the only thing we needed and didn't have) and plan to spend time taking in the scenery.”

“This was a wonderful retreat from the general DC area. Communication with owner was perfect. Space nicely laid out with everything you need, and it is minutes from the artsy, small stores and intimate restaurants in town, Shepherd University, the path along the C and O Canal, the Sunday morning farmers market, and much more! Folks who live in Shepherdstown are naturally friendly, helpful, and so welcoming to visitors. A great place to chill or be more active and simply get a refreshing g break.……
