“Almost everything about this place was excellent. It was clean and looked freshly painted, Easy to get in and out of. Beds comfortable. I have two small complaints that are really not that bad: There weren't enough coffee mugs. The place sleeps double digits but there were only 6 mugs. I wound up drinking coffee out of a wine glass, which was an adventure. And the other minor thing was a neighborhood dog that barked incessantly. But I acknowledge there is nothing the owner can do about……

“Nice, clean, comfortable. Not sure I agree with stripping the bed! Collect all linens, run the dishwasher & empty all garbage. I believe that all should be part of the cleaning deposit. It was a comfortable stay ”

“We arrived in Lava Hot Springs just before 4:00 p.m. and drove straight to the property at 42 Ivy, Lava Hot Springs. The yard was shaded and everything looked inviting and like "home". We got settled in and started dinner. The oven pilot light would start. We worked and worked on it. Finally we called the number on the front window and reached a party. They said someone would be right over. Within twenty minutes a gentleman showed up, fixed it and was on his way, not bothering us at all. The……

“The house is incredible. There is plenty to do inside and out. The downstairs has everything from table games to a theater room. The outside firepit, grass, pickleball court and hot tub is excellent. It is well stocked with toys and fun things for all ages. The bedrooms and kitchen are excellent. And it is really close to the hot springs, tubing the river and the pools. All and all we had a great time at our family outing.”

“The location is close to everything and the host is super nice and helpful. In addition there is a bobo tea and pastry shop downstairs making it easy to get a tea or coffee and a snack. Highly recommend this as it it a great place to relax.”
