“The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all.”

“Gezellig en leuke accommodatie. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van alles. Het enige minpuntje was de grondwaterlucht in de kamer. En bij de incheck werd niet vermeld dat er in een algemene ruimte een mini bar was. Vooraf hadden wij ook geen instructies ontvangen over de incheck zodat het even zoeken was waar wij naar binnen moesten en de sleutel op konden halen. Verder was het een perfecte locatie en wij zullen zeker nog een keer terugkomen. ”

“Loved the unit, super quiet, nice location to train station and walk into town. Kitchenette is perfect for longer stay. Housekeeping available for fresh towels. Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. Only street door had security.”

“The room and small kitchen area were dirty, dishes not washed. We only got one key for the room, difficult to come in with the code, took us long time to make it work. The gate was locked in the evenings but we had not gotten a key for that. Had to climb over the gate to get in. No direct communication with the place. The electricity was down when we came. All in all, a never again experience!!”

“Ma soeur et moi avons passé 2 nuits dans un cottage "panorama" du site Europarcs de Gulpen.La région est très belle et offre plein de possibilités sur 3 pays différents.L'endoit est très calme et ressourçant.Le cottage est spacieux, moderne, propre et très bien équipé (pensez juste à prendre draps de bain et de vaisselle).Le seul point négatif est la vue qui ne correspondait pas à l'annonce, les cottages "panorama" sont disposés sur 5 rangées, la plupart ont donc vue sur la rangée du dessous.”

They don’t cancel the credit card hold amount
"Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. "

"10 out of 10 experience. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and a few blocks away from the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is well-kept and stylish. Great staff at the front desk as well as the lounge bar area. Rooms are well-appointed, comfortable and clean. Would have loved to have a kettle in the room for a cup of tea, but you can get hot water at the lobby lounge easily. Highly recommended. "
