It was easy to get to off the highway, which was a plus. Check-in was smooth and the desk staff very kind and courteous. Im not sure why, but we were given a handicap accessible room. It was extremely large, clean and the furnishings up to date. From there, it was all downhill. The first negative was the beds. They were abnormally low to the ground and extremely soft. Like, wake up all through the night because our backs hurt. The beds in that room were uncomfortable! The next negative was the lack of plugs in the room. There were no plugs one side of the bed, and we both have medical devices that require power. That was frustrating. The last thing that was inconvenient was the lack of trash bins.
For a Springhill Suites, this was a very disappointing stay. So much so that we would not stay here again.
