Overall, the rooms are nice. The furniture is clean, good quality, and in good condition - the pictures are accurate. Despite the cons below, it probably is the nicest hotel in Indy, but it's still feels lacking if you're used to hotels in bigger cities with higher end amenities.
Cons:
-Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. We were woken up most mornings by things in the hallway or other rooms. One morning a dog barked for almost 10 minutes in some room nearby.
-The TV is unusable. It constantly goes in and out due to connection. Most of channels on the guide are nonexistent on the TV.
-The fridge is behind a strange medieval looking door that's really over the top and loud. I get the aesthetic they're going for but it was a terrible idea.
-The parking is weird. For almost $400 a night, I expected dedicated indoor hotel parking, not trying to find a spot in a lot shared with a bunch of other businesses. They do have valet but the parking lot is just a few steps out the door and I never saw anyone else use it either.
-Not a fan of always having someone open the main door to the hotel. Several times I had to run out to the car to grab something and every time it just felt like an awkward and unnecessary interaction. Just let the valet stick to valeting.
Another odd thing is that the room door doesn't auto-close. I've never stayed in a hotel where the door doesn't close on its own. It's not inherently bad but it's weird because it doesn't follow convention.
