Our home has 2 bedrooms, a full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. Looking out from the living room, you have a spacious 18x20 fenced in patio, which leads out to a heated community salt-water pool.
Fully stocked kitchen; including dishwasher and ice maker. Minimal dish soap, dish washer pods, and paper towels are provided to start your visit.
Both bathrooms have hand soap and a couple rolls of toilet paper.
Living room has large smart TV with cable and high speed internet. Internet is even strong enough to reach the pool! Brand new furniture. Both seats recline on the leather sofa for added comfort!
Each bedroom has a large closet, dresser, and room darkening curtains. Both beds have nightstands, pillows, a quilt, and an extra comforter for chilly nights. **Tenants responsible for bringing their own linens and towels.
Beach is only a 3-4 minute walk and can be accessed by crosswalk and newly updated path. The unit is equipped with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella.
We have one designated carport spot, as well as additional parking for an extra car or visitors.
Laundry room is just across the back courtyard, on the other side of the pool, with 24 hour access. This makes it easy to throw in laundry and still hang by the pool! Machines can be paid through credit card or by downloading an app (this allows you to track how many machines are open and tells you when your laundry is done).
$150 application required by HOA, we will reimburse you $100 of the fee.
Wonderful neighborhood with grocery shopping, restaurants, and bars either a walk or short drive away. Great area for those with bikes! There are plenty of beach activities and parks. Downtown Melbourne for shopping is only 10 minutes away. Popular Cocoa Beach is a 20 minute drive down A1A. Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are only a short trip away. Check the launch schedule and you may even catch a rocket launch from the beach during your stay!
