“Very nice location and condo. Tons of potential.. Needs a bit of work and updating that a decent handyman could handle in a day or so. Worn out showerhead holder in the main bath etc... Would be ok if you were 4'6" tall. Also needs deep clean. Why would you keep broken blinds and broken suitcase stand in the closet, a broken basket with a few decks of mixed playing cards, none complete? Then the cobwebs, lots of cobwebs.”

“The location was wonderful and the home was perfect to accommodate 11 people. There were some things that did not work, the coffee maker is very confusing to use and slow, the air conditioning on the main floor did not work and the griddle and one burner on the range did not work. It also would have been nice to have wash cloths and more bath towels. But, a very lovely home and the property manager we dealt with was very helpful and quick response to my questions. ”

“The house and yard were great, with lots of room for large nos. of people to do things together or, for someone who wanted some "quiet" time, to be able to get-it. There were 15 of us, and it seemed everyone was on a different schedule for meals and the large island in the kitchen worked well for the cooks and visitors. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were a couple of minor problems that I phoned the management about and got immediate responses. The location is good.”

“We had a wonderfule time. Only thing needs a change is from full bed to queen bed in the 2nd bedroom..more than enough room and put chest if drawers in closets instead of wired racks..just suggestions...otherwise great place all around!”

“We love how clean , bright, and comfortable this house is, and in our favorite location, this is our second time renting it, and we will be back. The reason I have given it 4 stars is for the many stairs going down to the house from the parking lot, can be dangerous when icy and we needed to dig ourselves out from under 4 feet of snow last winter, it was a good workout though;) The house is lovely and when we had issues with kitchen sink blockage we got it fixed pretty fast, and when it snowed……

“Very nice comfortable newly done interior. I'm a retired Tile contractor/owner. The stone work - tile and slab is quality installed and great design. Comfortable bedding, clean interior with all amenities available. It was a quiet location while we were there, nice outdoor setting. Quick and easy to the main roads. The actual unit I would refer to friends and anybody else. If I was to need to rent another unit in that area, I would defiantly use it again”
