“This place was absolutely amazing me and my wife have travel all over the world to multiple countries and they went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. One staff in particular named Patrick night shift would check in with my family every night to make sure we had the experience of a lifetime and give great info on sightseeing”

“well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated……

“The best part is the location beach front. The staff were not too friendly and they are good at saying no to their hotel guests. There’s construction everywhere. No reliable television service. Food is mediocre for the price. They charge for everything even for ice. They need more training in hospitality because we felt not too welcome during our stay.”

“Bellagio Hotel is a hidden gem in the country with the most beautiful scenery and landscape, there is a restaurant inside the premise without any elevator to catch or drive to similar to how Hawaii once was. “Booked 5 rooms for our family staycation. It was the perfect place for family to relax, unwind and have quality time. The pool is the main attraction which is central to the rooms and overlooks the beach. The amenities are perfect to do activities such as a tennis court, couple gardens, the beachfront, a restaurant and convenience store. Rooms were well kept with good air conditioning and some woth direct access to the pool area. Staff were also very accomodating and approachable. Overall, very……

“The property is very outdated and if this was somewhere else, the property would be condemed. There is mold in the ceiling. Spiders and bugs in every lightbulb. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to……

“Fell short of our expectation. Overly priced for the poor facilities. Food is terrible and overly priced. Rooms are rundown. Lots of mosquitoes and the pool is not that clean. The beach area has goats and dogs roaming around. I will definitely not recommend this hotel unless they improve.”
