One staff in particular named Patrick night shift would check in with my family every night to make sure we had the experience of a lifetime and give great info on sightseeing」

「well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated...

「The best part is the location beach front. The staff were not too friendly and they are good at saying no to their hotel guests. There’s construction everywhere. No reliable television service. Food is mediocre for the price. They charge for everything even for ice. They need more training in hospitality because we felt not too welcome during our stay.」

「The beach is very close by and the air conditioner worked fine. The room we originally rented was tiny with no place to sit. We upgraded to a two bedroom cottage which had a TV but in my opinion is overpriced. The hotel is in need of renovation especially the guest rooms. The pool was empty and not available while we were there. Mgt did give me a 17%? discount for the inconvenience. The restaraunts menu had plenty of options but only had six items available.」

The pool is the main attraction which is central to the rooms and overlooks the beach. The amenities are perfect to do activities such as a tennis court, couple gardens, the beachfront, a restaurant and convenience store. 「Bellagio Hotel is a hidden gem in the country with the most beautiful scenery and landscape, there is a restaurant inside the premise without any elevator to catch or drive to similar to how Hawaii once was.
