Nestled in a serene area, our home is less than a 10-minute stroll from Keyes Memorial and Eugenia Fortes beaches in Hyannis Port. Opt to explore on our provided bikes for an even quicker journey. Venture a short distance to the vibrant heart of downtown Hyannis, or take a 10-minute walk to the Irish Village (near the famous Melody Tent) and hop on a $1 trolley ride that connects you to all the local beaches.
Our home has a modern kitchen open floor plan with breakfast bar, living room and dining area. The true heart of our home is the outside area — our oasis. The slider off the kitchen takes you out to the patio and dining area. Here you will see the shed that has beach chairs, umbrella and yard games (bocce, corn hole and darts) Behind the shed is our outdoor shower — or as I like to call it — our outdoor spa. All of our guests love it! There is also a gas barbecue grill and a gas fire pit off the patio.
As you walk down the side path, it will take you to our multi-level back deck with dining table for 6, outside bar area and living room area. This area is well shaded with a sun sail and umbrella over the table. The roses climb up onto the lattice for a nice effect. This back area of the house catches the ocean breeze as the estuary is only on house away where the ocean begins.
For a dose of history, a brief 5-minute walk leads you to the Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port. Here you can enjoy Cape Cod architecture and stunning gardens. The beach is a 10 minute walk to either Eugena Fortes Beach in Hyannis Port or Keyes Memorial Beach in Hyannis...... or you can just unwind in the tranquility of our backyard oasis for a barbeque and to enjoy some s'mores on the gas firepit.
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. We are on a dead end of a circular street.
Downtown Hyannis has 45 restaurants, great coffee shops, a french bakery and 2 beer gardens. There is always outdoor music at night and the fairy lights make it all magical.
