“Great staff on the front desk. Great location. Large size room, clean linen, bathroom, kitchen and sitting space. Skirting boards dusty. Easy lift. Good parking. Tight but fits perfectly when everyone is parked properly. ”

“I booked a studio room due to work commitments this weekend. Upon arrival I was told to go through all the lock boxes and just see which room was available. Owner confirmed all rooms are the same. The room had, a bed, a dresser and a wardrobe… that’s it. Kitchen was communal, as was the washroom?! Yes we had a key to the washroom but so did everyone else and we had to walk down a shared corridor to get to it. The entrance stunk of weed and cigarette smoke despite a clear “no smoking” clause……

“This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. ”

“First time at Terlon, our usual haunt round the corner was full. Previous reviews were mixed, so wasn't sure what to expect, but it was definitely ok, a few piccy things that could have been better, such as a tea towel, ovenware and larger towels, but all in all, minor grumbles, and it was pleasant.”

“住宿地點不錯，就在鬧區內，廚房和客廳空間超級大！進去的時候有驚訝了一下，沙發很舒服，整體都還滿舒適的。 浴室用水或洗澡的時候，會有一個很大聲的馬達聲，連隔壁在使用他們自己的浴室時都聽得到他們的馬達聲...可能是老房子的通病吧？！ 停車有配合的停車場，還是要付款但可以折扣，也算是方便。 入住前要先預繳保證金和寄ID給他們，這個不知道是文化關係還是什麼...不太適應很沒安全感...但最後結論是有退還保證金。”

“Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place.”

“A very good, central location and Ray who met me was excellent. The layout of the apartment was great. The only minor issues, were the lack of any hand soap and the pillows, which which were a little past their best. But I would recommend a stay there.”
