「As other reviews have stated, condo is nicely remodeled and the whole property area is in excellent shape. They are almost done with the main pool, opening soon. This unit however is very close to a very nice swimming pool, and we used that one. The workout center we went to was also new, maybe a year old? Beach is just a short walk away. 「We (2 adults and Child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Condo. The location was great; right on the beach, with a pool, close to Restaurants, and the Grocery Store. You have a view of the Ocean pretty much from anywhere in the Condo! There were plenty of plates/bowls/silverware/cups/kitchen utensils. And lots of hooks in the bathroom, right outside the bathroom, and even on the balcony; which was great and somewhat rare from rentals we've had in the past. The unit had plenty of dish pods...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Oceanfronr Penthouse. Located on the 4th floor, it has wonderful views of the ocean. The deck is fully furnished with comfortable seating for four. Our younger teenagers had plenty of freedom to enjoy the pool or beach all day. No need to get in the car, we just walked right out the building and we were at the water.
