"We enjoyed our stay at the DeSoto. In past trips to Savannah, we have stayed near the river. We really enjoyed this neighborhood and being close to Forsyth Park, the Squares, etc. Very welcoming and comfortable hotel. We will definitely stay at the DeSoto again when in Savannah. "

"I loved the Mon-Wed free drinks and appetizers in the early evening and the free full breakfast. It helped curb the cost of eating out nowadays. Not to mention practically everywhere you went you needed a reservation 2 weeks prior. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did an excellent job putting us next to the other couples we were traveling with."
