Promptly switched my room when requested, assisted with making copies of documents for a meeting the next day, provided information about their shuttle and my needs to go to a local HQ of my airline. Condition of the hotel was another outstanding element. Everything was clean and well-cared for as was the room. You can tell that Housekeeping is on their "A" Game at this hotel. Appears to be family owned and operated and the young couple that assisted me with checkin and other requests was both very kind and very accommodating. Definitely my new favorite hotel in the DFW area. I will be back!"
