“The only suggestion we would have for improvement would be to raise the level of the beds in the rooms designated with a roll in shower for wheelchairs. The bed was soft, it was comfortable but because it sat lower than my husband‘s wheelchair, it was difficult for us to raise him up get him back into the wheelchair. ”

“Our stay was fine. We were only there for 12 hours so I can't comment much. We reserved the suite for 6 people and there were towels for only 4...probably my only complaint. No complimentary breakfast was a bummer. Plenty of exits to access parking. The cookies were great!!”

“This is an older place, but it’s very clean and nice. Obviously you can’t get any more convenient than literally in the airport, but it is in Madison and there isn’t much to do in the immediate area but 20 minutes out That’s a different story. Huntsville is relatively nice for Alabama which I guess is like saying it’s the warmest place in Siberia (I grew up there I can say that). The staff was really nice. This will always be my choice to stay if I have an early flight in Huntsville, which……

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”
