"Booked and stayed for 5 nights. Location is perfect. However, there were two issues;
1) The bed is not very clean, still have some hairs on it.
2) we booked for 3 people. One double bed and one single bed. That’s very clear in hotels.com information. However, they gave me one double and sofa bed only. I told them I emailed before to confirm it is a double bed and a single bed.
But finally it was a sofa bed. The made my teenager suffered lacks of sleep and back pain.
When I showed them the booking information and email confirmation. They said they have no settings for one double bed and one single bed in the whole hotel. No one can have double bed +single bed room.
It was not worth of money. And information is misleading to the customers. "
"The reception is welcoming and gave me a city map, recommending nice restaurants nearby. The room is also clean and new, breakfast is good too. However, I only found that there is no self-service laundry machine upon arrival. Overall a nice stay."
