“House was very clean and owners seemed kind and thoughtful. They was a bottle of wine waiting for us at arrival. Beds and linens were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. The view from the balcony is splendid with cozy outdoor furniture and an area for yoga or meditation. We just found the decor to be a little schizophrenic and overwhelming. This is a great place for two adults and a couple of kids to stay. If two couples are going, they would need to be very comfortable……

“Overall this was a decent property… I read the other reviews and my expectations were set and this met them. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and communication from the person/company managing it was good. I would recommend this rental to most people with a few notes… *There is off-street parking which is good, but it’s a little odd for Units 1 and 2 in that you may need to back out of a fairly narrow curved driveway. Not a problem but something to note… I could see it being confusing or……

“My daughter needed a place to stay while visiting for the holiday. Kevin was easy to reach and responded quickly. The apartment is very cute and was the perfect size. Everything was clean and had some nice personal touches. Im sure a summertime stay would be lovely, when the garden is in bloom”

“We were in town for the state high school soccer championships over the weekend and needed a pet friendly place to stay. This place was just right and had everything we needed. It was very cozy and very private. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay here. ”

“This place was great! The apartment itself is a great size for 2 people. The yard was pretty big with lots of seating, firepit, an awesome guitar shaped chiminea, nice sized pool, outdoor tv in the gazebo. The owner, Ryan, came later at night and left the next morning. He was super nice and very helpful!”

“The property is spotless which is major for me. Very comfortable bed and lovely bedroom. Good shower. Choice of fan or air conditioning. Nicely decorated with thoughtful touches. Very comfortable couch which was key for my husband. 10 minute safe walk to Main Street, Beacon. Lovely neighborhood. Easy walk to train station with minimal luggage- otherwise take a cab.”
