“Great getaway spot in IOP. Walking distance to plenty of great restaurants in the area. The property manager, Robert was really helpful and responsive during our stay. Grocery store and coffee spots close by. Could use a new couch, pool was great!”

“Condo was well stocked and clean. Great location! Amazing view from 3rd fl! Sleeper sofa was nice for 17 yr old. Trip was for a baseball tournament at Shipyard, easy drive to the field. Combined beach vacay and trip was fun for everyone! Lots of pool time, crab hunting and fishing from the pier! Definitely will try to stay again when visiting the area! Host was friendly and helpful with any questions.”

“Overall it was a great stay. I wanted to give our pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The Reno is nice, bathroom/kitchen are nice. They thought through many things like hooks for towels, it’s crazy the number of places I’ve stayed that had no towel hooks, they had plenty. Plenty of USB plug-ins were also a nice addition. The location was perfect. Having parking was great as well. The AC worked almost too good, we kept it set a little higher because we’d get cold. Balcony was nice, but crowded……

“No issues. My family was extremely pleased. Perfect stay. Perfect location. Place looks even better in person. Would stay here again and also recommend. Just be aware of poison ivy by A1 parking spot if you’re allergic. Amazing stay!”

“The process was incredibly simple and easy and the communication was uncharacteristically quick! The location was awesome … literally 2 mins (or less) from the beach (private access) and a pool! Walk anywhere you need to go to eat. I recommend doing what we did for food … put in a Walmart pickup order and go unload and while everyone is unpacking go pick it up … there and back in 30 mins. NEVER LEAVE THE BEACH AGAIN!!!”

“We had a great stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable and very well located! We were within 20 minutes from downtown Charleston and most of the beaches. We appreciated that the property had beach towels and some beach chairs , since we flew in and didn’t have any of those things with us. We had a little patio and could spend some morning time outside! The neighborhood was safe and there was a variety of restaurants and grocery stores close by. We would highly recommend this property!”

“I liked the kitchen and how it’s been updated. The condo was the perfect fit for me and my husband. But, the furniture on the balcony was rusted so the swivel chairs didn’t swivel. The sofa and chair in the living room were stained and worn. None of the dresser drawers worked well. The mattresses on the bunks appeared to be very very old and had no mattress covers. But otherwise it was a clean place and a great location!”

“This was a nice, clean property. It was directly on the beach, which is a huge plus. Pictures are accurate! Property manager was excellent to work with. The building is in the process of being renovated, and the part that is complete looks fabulous. My family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The location (overall) was excellent. Non-smoking unit, also was a huge plus! Some things to note if considering renting here: Rental did not have a K-cup/pod coffee machine, which surprised me.……
