“Very comfortab;e and cozy”

“Quiet spot out of the city but not too far from Hudson Valley sites. Large vaulted space, fresh eggs from the hen house next door, sky full of stars at night. Great host!”

“Second time our 24 person family group stayed here, and if anything, it was even better than last year! The location is exceptional, a quiet, private beautiful Victorian era house right on the Sound. The house is roomy, immaculate and very well equipped. Nancy is on top of everything and responds essentially immediately to any and every concern. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our wonderful experience! ”

“The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and close to everything we wanted to do. The house was just as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the cozy living room and the fully stocked kitchen, which made cooking meals a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. The host was also very responsive and provided us with helpful tips about the area. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we felt well taken care of……

“The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. ”

I was in town for a wedding and having such a clean, comfy, convenient, and well-apportioned accommodation only added to the joy of the occasion. This is an add-on to the host's residence and it was a comfort to know they were nearby while I was able to enjoy my complete privacy. ”

It was not particularly quiet: there is a bar next door, additional VRBO guests upstairs, and trains passing through the neighborhood throughout the night. “Long weekend with family to participate in a christening in the Bronx. Place was clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient. Only change I would request would be extra blankets. Otherwise would stay again. ”

“Great stay and accessible to public transportation however Renter beware of the STEEP hills that you will need to walk. We walked from both stations and we got killed by the steep roads to get to the property. The property was overall in a clean and maintained status. Maybe just need to have the shower curtains changed but it was overall a great choice. ”

“We stayed in Warwick for just one day/night on one the hottest days in July 2024. This loft studio was just lovely, with a terrific location. Everything about the place was first rate for a rental. I would recommend this place without hesitation. The little town is charming and we enjoyed being able to walk to shops and pubs. Other places of interest and beauty and fun were short drives from the studio. The farmers market in town on Sunday was terrific. We were told there’s usually more activity……
