“Our son played in the Cooperstown dream Park Little League tournament this last week. We were so excited to stay at this beautiful lake house Property. The location was perfect for us. Far enough away to relax in the peace and quiet and enjoy beautiful mornings on the deck and evenings watching the sun go down. We played in the water, fished off the paddle boards and the deck, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The house was so cute and very clean. They had everything you would need in the……

“We needed somewhere close to dreams park and this place was great for us. About 20 minutes or so from dreams park and 15 minutes from a golf course for my older teen and I. Had enough room for the 4 of us. I loved the kitchen and big family room. Rich was very nice and responsive. Had a storm roll through the first day and he came and hooked us up to a generator until power was restored (about 2 hours).”

“This was our second enjoyable stay at this property. It is conveniently located, and perfectly comfortable for two people on an extended stay. Great host, great property. Looking forward to returning again!”

“This property was exactly as represented on the website. The house was welcoming and homey and had everything you could need. The host has literally thought of everything. Two things I wish I had paid more attention to where that there was no bathroom on the fitst floor, a slight concern for my older mother and even though she did have to go upstairs to go to bed I wish she hasn't had to go upstairs every time she needed to use the restroom. Also only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had an airconditioner……

“This cottage was perfect for my husband and I while my son played at Cooperstown. Everything was new, and the cottage was adorable- exactly like the pictures. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Easy 10-12 minute drive over to Dreams Park.”

Mr. Roy was accommodating in every way and wished we would have had an opportunity to meet him in person. “This was the perfect house for our Reunion visit! It’s right on the lake and a short drive to downtown and the Campus. Coffee and conversation while sitting in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake was a great start to every day!”

“Very comfortable space for our family of 4 as well as my elderly parents. Great space for relaxing between baseball games. The kitchen was spacious and easy for meal prep. There were coolers there which we used daily! And the fire pit was key every evening! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Exceptionally clean rental property on the lake. Stayed while my son was playing baseball at Cooperstown. The property owner was very nice and even let my son use a fishing pole and kayak. Nice view. Living in a much warmer location it was nice to have the screen doors open and enjoy the fresh air. Very nice place to stay for our Cooperstown trip.”
