Cozy Condo2 is very clean and private, which you have the entire unit to yourself. It's very roomy with nice size bedroom, living room open to dining & kitchen. The bedroom & living room have sliding doors to the balcony. It has washer & dryer for free of charge. This place is close to freeways, shopping, the Medical center, the Galleria, NRG park, Sugarland, Bellair, all the things you need. Come and explore Houston!

Great stay, wonderful host
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! And the host was kind enough to let us stay a few hours after check in when we got caught in Hurricane Beryl firing our stay. 💜 everything was as described and was the perfect location for our needs, thank you!

Good Price, 15 min from NRG Stadium
Apartment itself was nice once inside. Neighborhood was a little rough but complex is secured with a gate. Host was friendly. Overall a good place for the price. I would stay there again if we were in town for another game.

Affordable unit
Very affordable apartment unit. Check-in and check-out was easy and place looked like pictures. The apartment did however smell like cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking unit. (Not sure if it's due to previous occupants or neighbors?( It might not be a good fit for people with smoke allergies because of this.
