Visiting Houston aka Space City
Great little place. Clean and well kept. The entry was a bit confusing but all good - adventures are good! It's close to Minute Maid Stadium so if you want to take in a game or two - great location. Central and close to downtown bars and some great restaurants around the area. The host was very accommodating and did their best to make us feel comfortable. It was a great visit and amazing - just ... I am not used to hot places!

We rented for the astros game and had a nice and cozy apt after walking a few blocks to the Minute Maid park. Will definitely rent here again

Not “Luxury” only “Adequate”
The apartment was fairly clean, sparsely decorated, and adequate. The elevators are dirty and smelled. Two towels for two people for two days was so cheap. No top sheet on the bed. Just a fitted sheet and a comforter that was obviously not washed since the former resident used it. One bedside table only. So you lay your phone on the old and dirty carpet? Only a bag of Doritos was a welcome gift. Don’t expect the wine the listing shows. So, luxury is not a good title at all. But the worst part is the check in process. You have to download an app to get in the building. The owner failed to tell us that. We waited in a dirty garage for 30 minutes waiting on a response from him. Then he told me I was rude for being frustrated by his lack of response. All together, I would pay double and stay in a hotel so I could be closer to the baseball game we came to watch. I actually came home a day early because it was such a major disappointment. Nothing luxury there. Only adequate.

Perfect Location
Loved the place!! Great location, close walking distance to venues. Easy and plenty of parking in the garage. Easy check in and a very nice place. My wife and I enjoyed the complimentary wine before our concert at the House of Blues a few blocks away. We will definitely be staying here again, made our anniversary date even better!!

The location was perfect for the Convention Center only a 10 min walk. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, cozy and super comfortable. Host was easy to get a hold of and was great at answering all my questions. Definitely would recommend this location for anyone.

Nice Apartment Terrible Communication
We have stayed and now left the next day and still do not have access codes to park or get into the locked doors to the building. The host never registered my car to park. I had to do it myself through the apartment leasing office. I called and messaged over 20 times to get the access code to the app needed to get into the building and only received to codes sent over 30 minutes later and they were timed out. The host never called or text back to help us access the building. We had to wait and follow people into the building at night in downtown Houston with two children. Very disappointed in the communication.

Great location clean apartment.
Great place to stay! The apartment was very nice and clean. I saw a show at the House of Blues and it was just a short walk away. The location is so great we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only suggestion I'd make be to get some blackout shades. It got very bright very early in the room waking us up. So bring an eye mask if light bugs you. All in all it's a great place that I would absolutely stay in again!

I was hesitant due to no address but the owner kept in constant communication with me and was absolutely a dream owner to rent from!!! The terrace was far from being desired. It’s a hang out for people who live in the building so it’s shared space and it’s outdoors.

We had a wonderful trip! This place was right in the heart of where we wanted to be, offered good space for our crew, and a fun roof top hang out. We used the air mattress and it was perfect! I was a little worried because of previous reviews but they must had gotten a new one because it was great for us whole trip.

Really nice place. Clean and as advertised. Check in progress was difficult, but seemed to be an issue with the app to access the building. Owner was prompt and helpful, which helped the process. Great location for events downtown particularly the Toyota Center.

Property was very clean with nice amenities in case you forgot something. Location was good for the convention center. Residents of building were helpful and friendly. The only issue was with the initial access to the property and the automatic gate for entering the parking area. Would recommend this property to others.

Good location and spacious condo
Overall I was happy with the location and the actual property - it felt safe and was very close to Toyota Centre. However the checkin process was convoluted - the property manager said they had sent a text letting me know lockbox didn’t work, which I never received. This caused a long and frustrating check in process at 1am. Also I had specifically asked, based on previous reviews, whether the air mattress worked and was assured that it did - completely untrue as it doesn’t hold air for even an hour for a child. When I reached out the next morning to let the owner know, and to ask for a functional air mattress, I didn’t receive any acknowledgement or response at all. The garage also doesn’t open with the key fob so you might be waiting for the owner to respond to you and buzz you in. This place is probably ideal if you want the central location and don’t have a car to park.

Great location beautiful views of HTown skyline
Check-in was alittle confusing but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Location can not be beat for going to downtown events. We even walked home from the ballpark and felt very safe. I would definetly stay here again.

Clean, easy to access, and quiet. The only issue I had was the location. On the maps it showed it was closer to the Toyota center. Also, the pool was closed so after a hot day of walking around, it was disappointing. But overall, the stay was nice, and I would stay there again.
