Your reservation is completely contactless! You can simply use your code to enter and enjoy our place! What if I need help? We strongly suggest to quickly read the house manual and explore the guidebook. Everything you need to know is most likely explained in the guidebook. It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!


This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Garage is 8' H by 15.5' W.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (2000+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus a dedicated workspace with office work chair and monitor in one of the bedrooms.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (4 cars). NO street parking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES. Garage is 8' H by 15.5' W.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ Long-term stays are allowed.

✹ Please note that though the listing shows 6 beds, there are only 5 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen-size air mattress.

✹ Please note that though the listing shows 3 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed (2 twin- size beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

✹ Garage is 8' H by 15.5' W.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

✹ Two security cameras are located at the front door and back door. Both are active and recording.

✹ A noise monitoring device is located on the premises to measure noise levels. Please be rest assured that it is not recording your conversations.

✹ Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

✹ Even though we include a fire pit, we do NOT include firewood. Always put out the fire after using the fire pit and never leave fire burning unattended.

✹ To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

✹ This property includes a hot tub/pool outside. Please understand that since the hot tub/pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub/pool. Rest assured that we do hot tub/pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub/pool after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub/pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub/pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the hot tub/pool remains in great condition for you and future guests.

✹ For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

✹ By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. You will receive a link to the document right after booking and it will also be displayed at the end of the House Manual. If you don't agree with this document, you can cancel within 2 hours of booking and get a full refund.
