I had a cancelled flight and this hotel for great for overnight. Room was very clean and updated and the property itself is nice. Although I didn't see much of the property due to coming in late and leaving very early, what I did see, I would stay here again.

You get what you pay for, I guess. It was definitely better than spending 12 hours in the Houston airport. The front desk staff was short on the phone but nice in person. Felt clean enough to shower and sleep. The outside looks a little rough. The airport shuttle driver was nice and quick!

I booked this property through Expedia due to the amenities offered such as pool hot tub and fitness center when I got there the property was not at all as described the pool was not open neither was the hot tub the fitness center smelled and the wallpaper was coming off the walls due to the water damage coming from the walls the holes were staying in the ceilings were stained from water damage the carpets smelled horrible my room was OK but not as I had pictured nor did it have a refrigerator or microwave
When I approach the staff most of the staff said they would see if they could get me in a different location however failed to do so and that all their other locations were booked I ended up spending three days with no amenities and no one even approach the manager with my issue nor did I receive a call from them
Obviously they were not concerned and we’re just in to grab the money although they grossly misrepresented their hotel and the amenities offered
If I had known the condition as well as the amenities were lacking as they were I would’ve stayed in a much less expensive hotel during my stay personally I want a full refund just because of the inconvenience and the misrepresentation

Ok for airport transport but dont expect cable, internet or phone service.
Management is non-responsive, flippant and not accomodating. Also forget vending food if you slide in after hours. Not even a vending machine in sight.

This place was under renovations. I missed the place because there was no sign for the hotel. Some things seem a little inconvenient but all things worked and the most important item (the bed) was very comfortable.
The stay was good and convenient for my location traveling to.

Booked under Wyndham and staff says Wyndham but building and signs all say Holiday Inn. Looks a lot more rundown than the pictures. Rooms have a funny smell. Our room keys stopped working everytime we left our room. They gave us the spiel on keeping them away from cell phones, we made sure to keep them away from any and all things that would de-magnetize them and they still had to be re-programmed every time. Imagine carrying everything to your room to have to stand outside of it while someone runs downstairs to get your key fixed when you have been gone for 15 hrs. There is a $100 incidental fee that is held on your card that is not mentioned anywhere in the reservation until you arrive at check-in. This is in addition to your reservation fees and charges. You get it back after you check out, but would be nice to know about it prior to arrival so arrangements can be made. Won’t stay here again, but I guess it served its purpose for this trip.
