THE GOOD:
The room was clean—unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay.
THE BAD:
The elevator and entire fourth floor reeked of cigarette smoke so heavily that it made me wonder if the hotel still has smoking rooms. The shower grout looked overdue for replacement, and several outlets were loose, popping out from the walls.
THE UGLY:
Due to construction, there were road closures blocking access to the hotel at night, and I wasn't notified of this in advance. After circling the area for an hour searching for an entrance, I eventually had to drive over curbs and a yard in the back of the hotel just to access the parking lot. This was not the arrival experience I’d hoped for.
Adding to the frustration, when I brought these concerns to the staff, they were sarcastic and unhelpful, refusing to provide a manager’s contact information.
Overall:
While I appreciated the clean room, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and general condition of the property made for a disappointing experience.
