Please advise the hotel about the shuttle services: if they are going to say sorry to their guests when there was only one shuttle in service, then once for all, they should tell the guests who signing up for the timely shuttle pickup (every 30 minutes) knows, that ‘you are on your own risk by waiting for the shuttle’. It was really the case, when I asked the manager on duty, the only thing he could say was ‘I’m sorry’. I told him, ‘sir, do you know what is the accountability means?’. If you already knew you can not deliver, go get it, sir!
